Shipping Policy

1. How Orders Are Prepared

When a purchase is completed, the order enters a preparation stage before shipment. During this stage, payment is verified, inventory is assigned, and the package is prepared for dispatch.

Processing normally takes 1 to 3 business days.

The preparation period begins only after the order is confirmed.

Orders submitted after 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PST), or placed on weekends or public holidays, will begin processing on the next working day.


2. Where Orders Are Shipped

SuperBox Mart currently ships to customers in the United States and Canada.

Packages are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, parcel weight, and service availability.


3. Delivery Timing Explanation

Shipping time is divided into two separate phases:

Preparation Time + Carrier Transit Time = Total Delivery Time

Once a package leaves the warehouse, estimated delivery times are:

United States: approximately 1 to 5 business days
Canada: approximately 2 to 7 business days

These estimates depend on carrier performance and regional logistics conditions and may change during peak periods.


4. Shipping Cost Structure

Shipping fees are calculated based on order value:

Orders below 30 USD include a 10 USD shipping fee
Orders of 30 USD or above qualify for free shipping

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final applicable fee.


5. Customs and Import Responsibility

For deliveries outside the United States, local import regulations may apply.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are determined by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.


6. Order Changes and Delays

In some situations, order handling may take longer than expected due to inventory updates, address verification, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

When this happens, the order status will be updated accordingly and a revised delivery estimate will be provided.

Depending on the situation, options such as cancellation before shipment or alternative fulfillment solutions may be available.


7. When Cancellation Is Possible

Orders can only be canceled before they enter the shipping stage.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will follow the return process after delivery.
