Refund Policy

Returns and After-Sales Terms

We appreciate your purchase from vSeeBox and aim to ensure a dependable and satisfactory experience. If there is an issue with your order, you may request assistance under the terms outlined below.


Section 01 – Timeframe for Requests

Requests for returns or exchanges should be submitted within thirty (30) days from the confirmed delivery date. Requests received beyond this period may not be considered.


Section 02 – Product Qualification

Items submitted for return review should meet the following standards:

  • The product remains in the same condition as delivered
  • No evidence of usage, damage, or alteration
  • All original contents, including packaging and accessories, are intact
  • A valid order reference or proof of purchase is provided

Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of the request.


Section 03 – Exclusions

Return or exchange requests may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or physical damage
  • Items designated as clearance or final sale
  • Returns initiated without prior approval

Any item sent back without authorization may be declined or returned at the sender’s expense.


Section 04 – Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping obligations are determined based on the nature of the request:

  • If the issue is verified as a fulfillment error or product defect, return shipping will be covered by us
  • In all other situations, including personal preference or ordering errors, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

It is strongly advised to use a shipping method that includes tracking.


Section 05 – Return Initiation Procedure

To begin the process, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to vseeboxmanager@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request
  • Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our support team
  • Return the item only after receiving authorization and the correct return address

Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be processed.


Section 06 – Review and Refund Handling

After the returned item is received, it will undergo inspection to verify eligibility.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing typically requires five (5) to seven (7) business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

All returns are subject to review upon arrival.
We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the outlined requirements.
